Plastic waste recycling requires a well-thought-out technological process and reliable infrastructure, which determine the efficiency of future production.

We have accumulated over 20 years of experience in both equipment design and manufacturing, as well as implementing complex high-tech projects, including some of the largest in Russia.

DESIGN STAGES

Development of technologies and processing flow diagram.

The plant's technological schemes are designed for specific types of plastics (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, etc.). During development, we consider: raw material quality depending on contamination level, structural uniformity of polymers, and presence of foreign objects. Based on the raw material base, we determine the list of required equipment and its layout, considering operational convenience, maintenance, material flow, waste, and finished product movement within the enterprise, as well as water circulation requirements.

- Equipment upgrade potential
- Process automation to reduce manual labor

Design of water circulation systems

For efficient operation of crushing and washing lines, we design and install both simple and high-tech water treatment complexes with automated control and monitoring systems. These are equipped with closed water circulation systems that can operate autonomously without water replacement or maintenance shutdowns for up to 7 months continuously. Water from landfill waste washing may contain up to 5000 mg/l of suspended particles, while water purified by our systems contains only 20 mg/l of inclusions.

Automation of the complex control system

Fully automated lines operate on our proprietary software based on SCADA package. We use a system of controllers, sensors, electronic valves, and video surveillance for precise adjustment and visual monitoring of line performance across all necessary parameters - temperatures, pressures, water composition, currents, speeds, and flows. Our control system supports internet access, including remote management and monitoring capabilities.
