ATLASMASH, under a contract with ECOLINE-VTOROPLAST, has installed high-performance lines capable of processing landfill up to 2000 kg in a round-the-clock non-stop mode. per hour of transparent film. At the same time, the output is not less than 1200 kg/h of high-quality LDPE pellets, from which a film with a thickness of 10 microns is blown.
A unique high-tech water treatment complex has also been launched at the facility. The complex is equipped with a closed system that allows you to work independently without changing the water in the system for up to 7 months and with a capacity of up to 120 cubic meters / hour. The water coming from the sink has 5000 mg / l of suspended particles, while purified water has only 20 mg/l. An automated control and monitoring system that has no analogues on the Russian market has been installed.
