About the project
The first ATOM 2800 shredders produced by ATLASMASH have been delivered to customers.
The company's engineering and design bureau has managed to create high-performance,
technologically repairable and easy-to-maintain equipment that combines the
functions of a shredder and a crusher. The single-shaft design with a 2800 mm rotor, adjustable
rotation speed and two rows of adjustable knives on the bed, makes it possible to
crush: film, plastic, fabric and wood. The fraction obtained during processing can
be used for the production of RDF fuel. The 2800 ATOM is paired with a pre
-shredder. The body of the shredder is made of wear-resistant materials with a wide loading under
the bucket or manipulator and a straight chamber that does not create obstacles for the supply of raw materials.
The hydraulic drive of the fractional grid provides easy and convenient access for
maintenance and replacement of grids, and the floor drive allows you to adjust and
replace knives with maximum convenience and in the shortest possible time.
In addition to shredders and crushers, ATLASMASH designs and manufactures separate
granulators, flotation baths, centrifuges, metal separators, and high-tech
production lines, including water treatment lines. For all equipment made in
the company, the declared performance is guaranteed not less than the actual one. The advantages
are the availability of original spare parts and a factory warranty.
