Hydrofilters

Hydrofilters are designed to automatically separate floating plastic chaff
(fine polymer dust, shavings) formed during crushing and flowing away with water and
dirt from the sink. As a rule, losses of the main material due to such leakage are quite large
and amount to 3-5% of the total volume of recycled waste, which significantly affects
the economy and ease of operation.
Using our wastewater disc filters allows you to solve several problems at once:
Removal of polymer husks from the water cycle in automatic mode, allowing the system
to operate continuously and without human intervention
Return of useful material for subsequent processing
Increasing the purity of water and the degree of washing of the main material
The difference between our filters and analogues is the ease of maintenance, a large reserve
of filtration area than analogues of similar cost, adjustable disk rotation speed
and high quality of materials and assembly, made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel.
Filtration is carried out by means of a rotating mesh with cells from 200 to 800 microns according to your wishes. The mesh has a backwash with nozzles.
