Device and operating principle of shredders:
The shredder is equipped with a loading hopper, into which the processed material can be loaded manually, through a conveyor (belt conveyor), a forklift, a crane, etc. The loading hopper can be specially designed according to special customer requirements to ensure non-stop and efficient automatic operation of the system.
With the help of a hydraulic pre-pressing device (pusher), the material is fed to the rotor and crushed as efficiently as possible, the load on the grinding rotor is controlled automatically, the operating mode of the press depends on the processed material and is set on the shredder control panel.
The rotor is equipped with a reversing motion system, which, when the load exceeds the value set by the operator, allows you to automatically turn on the reverse gear, avoiding damage to the knives and the motor.
