About the project
Installation and commissioning works at the ORIS PROM production site have been completed. An RX160 granulation line designed by ATLASMASH design bureau has been installed to process waste high-and low-pressure polyethylene, as well as polypropylene, into secondary pellets.
The RX160 three-stage granulation line with two laser filters and a conveyor is designed to produce 1 ton of high-quality pellets per hour. The installed filter element in F1 filters with a size of up to 120 microns ensures efficient filtration of the melt and obtaining a clean, high-quality granule at the output.
The software control system developed by ATLASMASH specialists provides control and operability of the line, as well as visualization of all necessary parameters: temperature, currents, pressure and speeds. The system supports Internet access, including the possibility of remote control.
