EX Granulation Lines

EX series polymer granulation lines are designed to produce high-quality granules from crushed plastic waste (not film) PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, etc.
The granulator control system is based on a PLC controller, which allows not only to easily and conveniently control the granulation line, but also to clearly display all the necessary
parameters , as well as graphs, including energy consumption. As an option, it is possible to install a remote control and monitoring system for all granulation line parameters,
save data and analyze the efficiency of the shift.
Depending on the task, the extruder can be equipped with a degassing zone, single or double, including a vacuum one.
The special design of the filtration unit and die ensures increased extruder productivity with the same screw diameters as on similar granulators
of other manufacturers.
Special heating elements in heat-protective casings with air-cooling zones allow saving up to 20% of electricity during extruder operation, which is one of the key factors in the context of modern electricity tariff increases. Modern highly reliable imported gearboxes ensure long-term uninterrupted operation of plastic granulators. The frequency drive of all motors and the pressure sensor allow for fully automated operation, preventing possible breakdowns due to excess pressure with contaminated polymer.
